

Mansi Dougall, Resident LMFT
Mansi Dougall holds dual master's degrees in Psychology, one in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland, and another in Counseling Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. With her extensive educational background and compassionate approach, Mansi is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges such as communication issues, grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and emotional regulation, as well as addressing past wounds.
Mansi believes in a strengths-based approach, working with her clients through empathy, openness, and commitment to create a safe space for healing. She specializes in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and structural therapy to address family dynamics stemming from dysfunctional organization. She also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy to help clients explore and address their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Her practice is rooted in listening to her clients' concerns from their unique perspectives and collaboratively guiding them on their journey toward emotional well-being. Mansi’s approach integrates cultural humility, empathy, and compassion, ensuring that therapy feels like a supportive partnership. She is committed to addressing each client's needs and, when necessary, guiding them toward the resources that best fit their goals.
